• Do you occasionally come across a GST issue that:

  • you think you already have the answer to but arent sure if youve missed something, and you only want to quickly run it past me without it turning into a big deal,
  • appears complex to you, but might be something Ive come across plenty of times before and might be resolvable very quickly,
  • youve not looked at before, and rather than wasting hours and hours just trying to find the right/best ATO rulings/cases to consider and all youd like from me is some direction to quickly get you onto the right track to take the next steps yourself,
  • youve covered off in a letter of advice to your client, or in a submission/reply to the ATO, or in response to a dispute or negotiation with another business, and youd like me to run my eyes over it before hitting the send button, or
  • is dealt with in a contract or business proposal, and youre not sure if the other partyis holding something up their sleeve, or might have slipped something in, or left something out, thats not in your best interests?

Most of the referrals to me tend to be initially resolvable, or all the referrer wants from me to start with, can be dealt with in a quick Zoom consultation during which we can chat and share the relevant documents.

You can include your staff, and some also invite their clients to attend. I’ve also done these for quick briefings to Committees or Boards of Directors to back up the GST direction you might be putting forward.

To keep it simple, minimise admin and keep within your predetermined budget, all you have to do is:
  • call me (0413 877 400) or email me (ken@fehilyadvisory.com.au)
  • let me know the topic for discussion, but leave the details for the Zoom,
  • suggest a couple of times that youre available for the Zoom and whether you think we can deal with it in 30/45/60 minutes, and
  • Ill get back to you with a Zoom invite and a Tax Invoice ($450 + GST 30 minutes) ($650 + GST 45 minutes) ($850 + GST 60 minutes)) payable before we go ahead.

If you decide that there is more to be done, by you or by me, after the Zoom, we can discuss how that might work.

And remember, dont take chances by rolling the dice on GST.
